Los Angeles College Tour, Inc. (“LACT”) is committed to protect the information submitted by our users. This Privacy Policy only applies to the information collected on the LACTHR.com (the "Site"), and does not apply to any other information or web site.

The information we collect on LACT HR! may be shared with our partner companies in order to deliver the products and services.

LACT HR! contains links to other web sites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other web sites to which you choose to link from our Site. You should review the privacy policies of the other web sites.

Collection and Use of Information by LACT HR!

In some areas of LACT HR!, we may request your personal information for the purpose of providing certain services.

As part of their terms, you should expect that our partners that you select may contact you via email. If you wish to stop receiving email after you request that we send your resume and registration information to a partner, please contact the specific partner to do so because their use of your information is not under our control.

We will also release your personal information if we believe we are required to do so by law or other government authority. We will not sell or transfer personal information to any other company except in the case of a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization. A successor entity shall be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Please remember that if you post any of your personal information in public areas of LACT HR!, such as in our online forums, such information may be gathered and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for such use made by others of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of LACT HR!
